⚠️ Important: To participate in any Curated Launch, you must have at least BID Level 1 at the time of the official snapshot.

✅ Your BID Level is checked based on a snapshot taken before the launch begins. ❌ If you are not Level 1 or higher at that moment, you will not be eligible, even if you level up later.

Core Components

1. Community Curation and Voting

• Voting is powered by $BID tokens locked in the vault.

• Voting Power = Total $BID locked (including endorsed BID).

• Voting uses influence only (no tokens spent).

• Projects must receive 2 million $BID votes to be approved.

• Unsuccessful projects are not launched.

2. Launch Mechanism

Curated Early Round Details:

• Raise: $40,000

• FDV: $100,000

• Max buy-in per buyer: 0.5% (~$500)

• Allocation is weighted by BID Level.

• Requirement: At least BID Level 1 to participate.

• Oversubscription: Allocations scaled proportionally by BID level.

3. Algo Snipe – DEX Sniping via Agent Algo

• Uses all remaining funds from users who opted in for DEX first-buy.

• Max Firepower = Pool cap for first-buy snipe

Snipe Allocation is Split Based On:

• Total funds available for snipe

• BID Level weighting (higher level = higher weight)

Outcomes:

• If fully used: → You get tokens based on your order and BID Level (no refund).

• If snipe pool exceeds cap: → Pool is proportionally split; unused funds refunded.
